All of our sessions begin with an optional foot soak in warm water with epsom salts during an intake to determine your personal needs.
You will lay on your back fully clothed, except for your feet and lower legs. A weighted blanket and an infrared heated Migun mat are also optional during your session.
A 75 minute session typically is dedicated to two areas of your choosing between hands, feet, or face.
$70 cash/check
A 90 minute session allows for more time to dedicate to areas of your choosing between hands, feet, or face.
